Kaminaki Beach
Kaminaki beach is only 500 metres from the apartment. It is a lovely little beach where you can rent a boat to explore the nearby coast. If you fancy going for an early morning dip in the ocean this is the perfect spot. The walk back is a little bit steep.

Agios Stefanos NE
We discovered this quiet little piece of paradise by accident, as we were curious to see where we would end up if we didn’t follow the main road. There is a big tree with a few sun beds and umbrellas underneath it which you can rent from a nice Greek lady. We actually ended up staying the whole day and watched the sun disappear behind the mountain. From that day on we have always said “Let’s go to the tree!”

Kalami Beach
You will find Kalami Beach next to the Durrell White House. It’s more crowded and bigger than the first two beaches, but the view is just as beautiful and the water is crystal clear.

Mirtiotissa Beach
For those who don’t like tan lines there is Mirtiotissa Beach. It’s the only beach on Corfu where people are allowed to go sunbathing without swimwear. It’s not very easy to find and you can’t go all the way down to the beach by car. You have to walk downhill and climb over some rocks. But it’s a lovely sandy beach where you can stay all day and enjoy the beautiful Corfu sunset.

Paradise Beach (Paleokastritsa)
Paradise Beach most definitely lives up to its name. Once you’ve sailed around the corner past the other beaches and you arrive at Paradise Beach you’ll see what I mean. Clear blue water with a view to the bottom. Fish curiously swimming under your boat. All you want to do is dive into the water and swim towards the white pebble beach. Imagine yorself in paradise for a little while. Remember to bring your own food and drinks, because it is not possible for you to buy anything on this beach.
